Privacy Policy

Stop 1 is a league operating system and fan community platform. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Account. Your email address and display name, used to sign you in and identify you to other members.

Profile (optional). Anything you add to your profile — bio, tagline, location, avatar photo.

Content you create. Posts, comments, reactions, poll votes, messages, event RSVPs, and any photos you attach. Message content is visible only to the members of that conversation or channel.

Roles and memberships. Your league and team roles (fan, player, owner, staff, admin) and fan-club membership, which control what you can see and do.

Device push token (iOS, optional). If you allow notifications in the Stop1 app, we store an Apple push token so we can deliver them. Declining notifications is fully supported.

Technical logs. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) collected by our hosting providers to run and secure the service.

Solely to operate Stop 1: signing you in, showing content to the right audiences, delivering notifications, enforcing community rules, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your information, show third-party ads, or track you across other apps and websites.

Visibility is governed by roles. Some content is public (schedules, rosters, public feeds); some is members-only; some is restricted to specific groups (for example, the Players’ Room is visible only to players and the league office). Direct messages are visible only to their participants and, where required for safety review, league moderators.

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (hosted in the United States).
• Vercel — web hosting and delivery.
• Apple — push-notification delivery for the iOS app.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account(website or app). Deletion anonymizes your profile, removes your access, and soft-deletes your content; league transaction records are preserved in anonymized form because they are part of the league’s official history. You can also email us to request deletion or a copy of your data.

Stop 1 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
